While we do run the cards using automated means for your recurring payments, we don't receive a response back from the payment processor as to why it was declined.
Common reasons that cards are declined and who to contact to resolve that issue:
- Insufficient Funds: Contact your Bank
- CVV Doesn't Match: Double check the card information on your account to ensure it matches the Card you want to pay with. If it does then contact your bank.
- Zipcode/Postal Code mismatch: Double check the card information on your account (in the billing portal) to make sure it matches. If it does then contact your bank.
- Expiration Date Incorrect: Double check the card information on your account (in the billing portal) to make sure it matches. If it does then contact your bank.
- Fraud "High Risk" Block: Contact your bank and inform them that this transaction was valid.
